This small Panetela variant is one of the perennial favourites in the Fonseca portfolio, which has generally undergone far fewer changes than that of many other Habanos brands. The elegant cigar is a fully handmade long filler with a smoking time of 25 minutes.
Flavours
The „Cadet“ offers the flavours typical of the brand – as the dünne format suggests – in quite a concentrated, intense form. Less sweet than most other vintages, it unfolds pleasantly leathery notes alongside wonderful umami flavour and spicy-mineral notes. But a hint of cocoa also makes itself felt in the background. The unique selling point of this cigar is a delightful herbaceous component that no other Fonseca offers. It is multi-layered and also quite full-bodied, but rather light at the same time.

Fonseca
Don Francisco Fonseca gründete seine Marke in den 1890er Jahren. Er selbst war ein gutaussehender Mann, der sehr viel Wert auf sein äußeres Erscheinungsbild legte und diese Eleganz auch auf seine Zigarren zu übertragen vermochte. Aus diesem Grund verpackte er seine Habanos in Seidenpapier – eine Tradition, die bis heute bei allen Formaten, die seinen Namen tragen, fortgeführt wird. Die filigrane Mischung der Fonsecas aus Einlage- und Umblättern der Region Vuelta Abajo macht sie zur idealen Zigarre nach einer leichten Mahlzeit. Die Shortfiller von Fonseca beziehen ihren Tabak aus der Tabakanbauzone Semi Vuelta.

The term Boveda comes from the Spanish and means vaulted cellar. It is a proprietary humidity control product that has been specially developed for use in cigar cases, countertop and travel humidors. Each Humipak contains a saturated salt and water solution protected by a bi-directional permeable membrane. The Boveda Humipaks offer the user the advantage that he no longer has to remember to top up the humidor's water reservoir, as he simply replaces the corresponding number of Boveda Paks in the humidor every 2 - 3 months. The Humipaks are designed to release treated moisture into the humidor, thus minimising the risk of bacteria, mould or fungi developing in the humidor. They also have the advantage over other humidification systems that they minimise fluctuations in the moisture balance, allowing cigars to mature perfectly. The constant moisture balance preserves the natural oils and sugar components of the cigars, giving them the opportunity to improve with age.
If you've ever tried to roll a cigar yourself at an event, you'll really appreciate the skill of the rollers - but unfortunately there's always the odd ‘Monday copy’. With this ingenious tool, you no longer have to be annoyed by cigars that are rolled too tightly - simply place the drill bit at the cut end of the head, turn it as straight as possible into the cigar until the end of the spiral and drill a little more if necessary. In this way, unwanted leaf pieces are not pushed to the side, but remain in the drill and can be pulled out. The product is inspired by a dentist's tool and makes every cigar draw!

Mit dem cognac braunen Xikar Envoy 1er Zigarrenetui lassen sich problemlos Zigarren bis zu einem 60er Ringmaß transportieren. Dies entspricht dem Durchmesser von Zigarren im Gordo – Format. Ausgezogen lassen sich auch Zigarren mit einer Länge bis zu 20 cm sicher transportieren. Die Kombination aus Metall Außenkappen und dem cognac braunen Armadaleder verleihen dem 1er Etui einen jungen und modernen Look. Das Innere des Lederzigarrenetuis ist mit spanischem Zedernholz ausgekleidet, wodurch das Aroma hochwertiger Zigarren unterstrichen und verbessert wird. Zudem wird das Etui dadurch stabiler. Zusammengeschoben hat das Etui die Innenmaße 11 cm x 2,5 cm x 2,5 cm.
