Der irische Single Malt Whisky Sexton wird in einer markanten sechseckigen Flasche abgefüllt und ist ein totaler Hingucker. Der Sexton wird in der Bushmills Destillerie gebrannt und reift anschließlich in Oloroso Sherry Fässern. Geeignet ist diese Kreation besonders für Neuankömmlinge in der Whisky Welt.

Aromen

In der Nase wirkt der Sexton recht mild mit süßlichen Tönen von Vanille und Rosinen. Im Geschmack zeigt er sich ebenfalls von seiner weichen und milden Seite. Man nimmt sofort Noten von Honig, Vanille und Eichenholz am Gaumen wahr, welches von einer leichten Würze begleitet wird. Im Finish verspürt man ein leichtes und angenehmes Mundgefühl ohne aufdringliches brennen im Hals.
